Organic collection

Organic bottles across three origins

That is why all our grapes are harvested by hand, vinified with low intervention to preserve their natural expression, freshness and finesse, and then aged waiting for their ideal moment to be bottled. Our label focuses on limited production wines that exhibit elegance, richness and authenticity.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Origin Colchagua

Cabernet Sauvignon

This 2020 Cabernet can benefit from staying in bottle for a long time, ideally five years. Even now it rewards at least an hour of decanting, opening into a bold and concentrated yet supple Cabernet that shines beside richer meals.

Sauvignon Blanc

Origin Leyda

Sauvignon Blanc

Made to be enjoyed young, yet with enough fruit quality to age gracefully for two or three years. Once opened, it feels especially at home with poultry, fish, seafood and lighter creamy dishes.

Pinot Noir

Origin Leyda

Pinot Noir

A complex Pinot Noir that benefits from at least thirty minutes of decanting. It pairs naturally with duck, turkey and game, revealing new layers the longer it remains in the glass.

Malbec

Origin Mendoza

Malbec

This big and complex wine is ideal for aging, and when opened young it gains enormously from decanting. Strong and concentrated yet supple, it belongs beside mushrooms, truffle and other deeper, earthy flavors.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Origin Mendoza

Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine that benefits greatly from aging, with decanting bringing out its best. Bold and concentrated yet easy to drink, it works beautifully with richer dishes and stronger flavors that match its depth.

Cabernet Franc

Origin Mendoza

Cabernet Franc

Loved for its savory edge, bell-pepper lift and mouthwatering acidity. Like many serious reds it asks for time, both in bottle and in the decanter, and proves especially rewarding at the table.

Verdejo

Origin Rueda

Verdejo

A light-bodied Spanish white that grows almost exclusively in its home region. Unlike many whites, Verdejo can improve over several years in bottle, gaining texture while keeping its bright, lively acidity.

Tempranillo

Origin Rioja

Tempranillo

Spanish Tempranillo balances earth and fruit with a medium- to full-bodied structure and red-fruited depth. Its savory profile makes it an easy companion to a wide range of foods.

Garnacha

Origin Aragon

Garnacha

Garnacha gives rich, flavorful reds with generous intensity. Its spice and warmth make it a natural partner for herb-driven dishes, roasted vegetables, meats and more vibrant, aromatic cooking.

Clean fruit, bright structure and living soils behind the label

The organic line brings together the cooler tension of Chile, the sunlight of Mendoza and the dry lift of Spain. Each bottle keeps an easy, generous relationship with the table while carrying the shape of its place.
